The more information we have about you, the more effective we can be in assisting you in your job search.  For that reason, we will spend time with you when you register to understand exactly what you are looking for, and to ascertain your skills, personality and aspirations.  That way we can make a better match to any potential vacancies.  We will continue to work with you, and keep in regular contact assisting and guiding you through your job search.

A Clients Perspective

From a client perspective, this can be seen at a glance by our terms of business - we offer rebate terms of up to nine months - over three times the industry standard!  Indeed, we even suggest our clients settle their bills in an instalment plan over the first nine months of employment.  This is just one of the ways we can demonstrate our confidence in finding the right people for your vacancy.

 

When we work with a client, we will seek to provide you with just a handful of CV's, all of who are worth interviewing.  We will never simply send you a "bundle" of CV's for you to sift through - that is after all what you are paying us for.  Whilst we appreciate speed of response is always important to you, it is also vital that we discuss each opportunity with our candidates - this can sometimes add time to the process, however we will have CV's to you just as soon as we have made contact with the candidates.  We believe it is vital as part of our service to our candidates, and in order to maintain standards of confidentiality and ethics in what we do - we do appreciate this may occasionally make our work a little slower some of our competitors who do not work to the same standards.

 

We will ask for as much detail on a vacancy as you have to enable us to make the best match of candidate to job.  Indeed, we like to visit our client’s workplace so that we have a feel of the environment and culture before we recommend potential employees to you.
